Is a set of procedures that serves the Customs Agency to monitor all trade transactions that take place between intra-EU parties. The list was introduced thanks to Article 50, paragraph 6 of Legislative Decree No. 331/1993, immediately after the abolition of customs barriers within the European Community. The decree provided for the obligation to submit the complete list with reference to all supplies and purchases of intra-Community goods.
